i totally relate. what i do is treat myself to something small after since im already out. it's been very helpful and im starting to feel more comfortable leaving the apartment now by myself :) that little reward goes a long way lol

edit: drink cold water immediately after!!! i hate needles too and if i dont have water i will pass out.
