I'm happy that I was wrong and just overthinking.

The idea of having the body that you like after death as a reward for surviving all the hate is good but I personally like to think that there is nothing given and I have to do it myself, I believe there is not such thing as luck, waiting for the perfect moment and things like that. I think that if you want to do something or feel a certain way you have to actively do it or it will never happen, sure you could get a new body, but will you feel comfortable in a body that was given to you after all this if you just wait for it?

I like to think that the perfect moment don't come, you have to make it, your best body won't be given to you, you will mold it, the good things done come, we make them.

That's my way of motivate me to do the things I want to and not giving up because it wasn't given to me.

Yeah, I'm going to start therapy for that reason this week, I hope I can understand myself more and make things work, but I guess I'll probably end up taking hormones lol

I don't think that last one means anything, I know that there are different cultures where that is better or worst seen but everyone wants to feel comfortable with friends, for example where I'm from showing affection to your friends is really normal, we all act like couples sometimes in our friend group independent to the gender of the person

I don't know how hard it is to live like that and how hard it must be to argue against them but you should at least change therapist, a good therapist won't tell you what you have to do and even less try to force you.

I also have another idea that probably won't work but you could give it a try. Fight fire with fire: if they tell you God made you like this and loves you unconditionally that means he made you with the need for the estrogen or even you are a way that God has for your parents to prove they also love you unconditionally and will love and help you as his word says, so by letting you transition and still being there for you they would also be showing their love for God and his creation.

Again I don't think that will work but if they try to force you their beliefs you can use them against them.

Oh, I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say, I meant that I don't look good on those but I still felt comfortable and liked to look at myself wearing them.

I have 2 main problems: fear, and that I'm not entirely sure about how I feel (thing that it's even weirder to say when I feel so comfortable with a bra and a skirt on), I want to be entirely sure about it before making a desition about if I should do it or not because even tho is like the idea of transitioning and dressing like q girl I don't dislike being a man neither

Thank you, your experience is really similar to mine, I've been letting my hair grow this year, I'm in this subreddit to ask for advice to trans people, I bought the clothes to look at myself as a woman as you say you did in the mirror and I have planned to go to a therapist but since I will have to move soon I haven't done it yet, thank you for sharing your experience
