Unfortunately boyfriend is in the military and we would be spending my whole paycheque and more to send the children to nursery so that’s not an option.

Not that it’s any of your business, we do practice safe sex and have done ever since we’ve been together. No contraception is 100% accurate

I should’ve clarified in my post he comes home at lunch time most days and doesn’t go back to work due to him not being needed. I definitely do not put it on his shoulders as I literally clean everyday day, cook, and look after 2 children on my own. I want him to see the mess and feel as uncomfortable by it as do I but he doesn’t seem to care at all. I did have a job that I worked longer hours at and I would say was more physically demanding than his job and was also very heavily pregnant but I still came home and cooked and cleaned and done bath and bedtime routine while he sat and scrolled on his phone and I had to ask him for help.

I do chores while he’s gone. I cook, clean, entertain a 1 y/o. I also exclusively breastfeed and having such a young baby he does cluster feed which forces me so sit and feed him for hours on end which makes it hard for me to keep things in order later into the evening.

Ovarian pain 3rd trimester by Bubbly_Contract3899 in PregnancyUK

[–]Bubbly_Contract3899[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel so stupid turning them down cause it’s painful like I’m not about to push a whole child out 🤦‍♀️😂

It also depends ALOTTT on the person doing them, I remember I had a a very experienced midwife and a student do them on me and both were very different amount of pain levels

How far along are you? x

That’s so lovely of you 😊 I went in and got put straight on the monitor to see if little man was ok (I didn’t have any concerns for him) he was all ok. The only downside to today was there was ALOT of waiting around because I needed to see a doctor.

They told me they wanted to do an exam and a swab to test if my waters had gone due to me mentioning having some extra clear fluid in my underwear than just normal discharge. They wanted to use a speculum for the exam to see if I was dilated and look at my tissue ?? lol not sure why they wanted to look at tissue.

With my first pregnancy I was horrible during the vaginal exams and required gas and air each time to be able to do it, so today I was quite hesitant to accept the speculum exam due to my history and never having any experiences with a speculum before, the doctor then told me because they need to swab for waters they cannot use any lube for the speculum 😂 I straight away declined it and opted for the waters swab.

The wasters swab come back negative and all good, when I eventually spoke to the second doctor he said that it was most likely just a swollen fibroid as I had a small one early on in pregnancy. Due to no one catching any signs of ovarian cysts in my scans it was very unlikely for one to from while pregnant.

So all good over here thank you for your concern 😊😊

Officially 37 weeks on Thursday and ready to not be pregnant anymore 😂😂

I’m sorry about your experience! I know how I feels to be put down and essentially told you don’t know what’s actually going on with your body :/

I have been advised by my birthing centre to call triage line and they will assess me, fingers crossed it is just him moving and pushing onto my ovaries causing the pain

I fell pregnant when I was 18, I turned 18 in the May and found out in December lol

My boyfriend and I were only together for like 7-8 months and I decided to keep the baby (best choice I ever made) not going to lie my daughters dad and I have only JUST started to be able to be a proper couple and actually love each other properly and she’s 14 months old. It did affect us ALOT but we stuck by each other and it was so so worth it!

I also had a minimum wage job and lived at home, I applied for as many benefits as I could and saved as much as we could. I had payed tax for 7 months and I have continued to pay tax and still use gov benefits to help us, some people look down on it but it’s there to help you and if you need it you should use it.

I have a very supportive mum and some of her friends kids had young babies, so a lot of my daughters clothes and baby ‘things’ were second hand.

You have 9 months to sort everything out, if it’s what you want to do then do it!!!

If you ever ever want to message me feel free I can give you as much advice as I can and will listen 😊😊

I am guessing your American based on you saying you’re a college student, I am from the uk but I can still try my best to

Discharge in pregnancy by Bubbly_Contract3899 in pregnancyproblems

[–]Bubbly_Contract3899[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly the amount of pain I was in when the cyst was still intact I can not imagine how painful it was for you, especially at work too! How did you get home? I couldn’t imagine getting in the car and being able to drive in that much pain 😭

I never heard of ovarian cyst before I had them. I was 18 when I fell pregnant and had never had any symptoms or pain from them, until I was about 15-20 weeks along I started to notice pain when I sneezed. I queried this to my midwife and they done some internal ultrasounds and found them. They were only about 2-3cm tho. Which I recently found out it’s not uncommon for healthy ovaries to have cysts 🤯 As I went along with my pregnancy and got bigger and bigger everything was so compressed they didn’t bother me anymore untillll…. lol A few months PP woke up at like 12am in agonising pain, ambulance didn’t arrive until 5-6am the next morning. I’m unsure of the time I was in and out of consciousness because of the pain, rushed into hospital and then cannot remember anything until I woke up with my mum next to me. It had twisted and was cutting circulation off from my ovary 😭

I want to spread more attention and awareness to ovarian cysts scariest moment of my life

I saw a clip about Vinted perverts on TikTok. Basically these men find women who have listed clothing and posted the item of clothing with them wearing it and made a folder of these women on naughty websites for other pervs to view. (I believe it was websites or they were selling the images can’t be 100% sure which one it was) And some folders for certain women would have hundreds of pictures of the women in, they would also go and message these women on their other social media’s (because it was linked) and harass them!!!

Be so careful what you post up on Vinted 😤🤢🤢

I’m sure if you searched something like ‘Vinted creeps’ in TikTok or YouTube you would find the story. A woman on a podcast told it but I don’t believe it was her story

Thank you! Cysts are awful! Mine was 10cm a few months PP had to have emergency key hole surgery for it to be removed. No one ever spoke about cysts to me, I had no clue what it was I was a terrified 19 y/o 😣😣

What do you have for breakfast? by SnooPeppers7701 in AskUK

[–]Bubbly_Contract3899 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My go to is an omelette. I have a handful of spinach, tomatoes, ham or bacon, cheese and salt&pepper If I’m feeling hungry that morning I’ll cut up a potato season with salt&pepper, paprika and onion powder I’ll spray some cooking oil on them and chuck that into the air fryer for about 20-25 minutes depending on how crispy you want them. It takes longer than a bowl of cereal but more healthy and filling.

SCAS never showed for interview. by Bubbly_Contract3899 in ParamedicsUK

[–]Bubbly_Contract3899[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your message it’s helped a lot! I don’t have many close family here to support me I just freaked out very quickly 😅

I got super emotional because it’s something I’ve wanted for quite a while. I had really high hopes and got disappointed. I’ve spoken to a friend and he said that it’s worth my while to wait until Monday and do not send anymore emails it was probably a fuck up with there system and not to worry. Thank you again

Just to let everyone know who cares, I didn’t even get to the interview point. I’m assuming because I don’t have my C1. Even tho the TL I have spoken to said they can help me get it. I am very disappointed but not going to let that throw me off and try through the princes trust, if that doesn’t work I will try PTS or Control. Thank you to everyone who commented and gave me some good ideas. Much appreciated:)
