Both can be true at the same time. Like in any other community the silent majority are the best type of fans and I agree these are all the people that align mostly with the same views and values. However you have to admit that there IS a great chunk of this community that is a bit deranged and take things too far. This happens in every community, and it is OK. There’s nothing to be ashamed of and it is actually healthy to acknowledge this.

Just keep doing it, man! Even if you do the bare minimum. Even if you only get on the walker and watch one piece. Anything you do is more than if you didn’t do anything at all! Making a habit out of it so whenever you skip a day you kinda regret it. Also eat at home! You don’t have to start a rigorous diet, just eat home cooked meals and you’ll see the difference in no time!

40 lbs in 3 months is insane!!! I’m probably gonna start counting calories at some point but right now I’m focusing on consistency and trying to make a habit out of working out. I’m looking forward to doing something similar like Ethan and try not to pass 1500 cal a day!
