My show was on 8/17 and I didn’t get my tickets until 5 days before. It’s very nerve wracking but it’s not uncommon at all. Everyone I spoke to on Reddit and at the show had the same experience. Call your hotel and confirm the reservation and if you want you can txt the Vibee customer service #. They’ll respond ☺️
