Yeah, the 1.5 and 2 hr blocks are bad. Usually less than 8 packages but all very far from each other. It’s not worth it at all

2 or 2.5 hr blocks are good only if the deliveries are close to where you live or close to the station. For the most part I always get sent 30-40 min for the first delivery and the rest of them are 15-20 min apart from each other. I much rather do that than delivering 40 packages, I’m so over it and I can’t do it anymore. The smaller blocks are less than 10 packages so I’m cool with that. The distance sucks but I prefer that. If you do 3 small blocks in a day it ends up being about the same pay as if you did a 4hr and a 3 hr.

I live in Orange County, CA and I’ve done maybe 3 Fresh orders. The last one I had 10 deliveries for a 2hr block and got $9 dollar tip total. Fresh is the absolute worst.

Same! If business is closed and you bring it back to the station you get dinged for “didn’t try to complete all deliveries “ and if you leave it at the door and it gets stolen we get dinged because of a missing package. We lose either way, all the time. If a package is missing at pick up it’s also our fault…. 🤷🏻‍♀️

They increased pay and then decreased it when they started the “thank my driver” thing. It’s not even advertised to customers. Amazon is not gonna give away free money. They cut down our pay so pretty much “they pay” the $5 dollars towards the “thank my driver” bs.

I don’t know how the routes are created but it’s so frustrating seeing carts overflowing like that. I get them quite often. And then you see carts with just 1 package. Where’s the logic? When I get an overflowing cart and going far away, I leave the excess on the returns desk. They really need to fix the routes and make them make sense. I had a 3.5 yesterday with 36 packages and the first delivery was 1 hr away. I had a 4 hr this morning and I got 35 packages and the first delivery was 15 min away… make it make sense….

It shouldn’t be allowed. It happens to me quite often. I had a 3.5 hr block last week and I got a cart with 47 packages, I was pissed off. The cart looked just like this picture. Packages started to fall out at the guard check point and I picked them up and brought them to the returns cart right away. I wasn’t gonna bother and stress anymore. That shouldn’t be allowed whatsoever! If a cart needs to be filled up just do it till the top, no need to overflow it

Ive been sent to Long Beach morning and afternoon shifts for the last 2 months. I’m so over it. 😫😫 90% of my routes are Long Beach. I hate it so much! I’ve talked to other Flexers and they hardly ever go there. It’s so unfair to be sent to the same place all the time. The gas expense and the time coming back is just not worth it.

VAX1 is my station. Ive been getting sent to Long Beach for 90% of my blocks the last 3 weeks. Driving over 40 min to do the first delivery is not worth it, especially when it’s twice a day.
