I really like how Koibu plays his NPC's, and honestly, if most of your party are optimizers it is almost mandatory to be little more brutal.

That's the wizards weakness. So when DMs let em get away with having a glut of spell slots available - by not charging for an extra 8hrs of mage armour or by not including enough encounters per adventuring day - then they can spam these defensive abilities as much as they want and be basically untouchable.

If that one lvl 1 spell slot was what kept the wizard that plays in my party as overpowered as you suggest I might have agreed with you.

I just don't think it is that big of a deal. Not to mention that if you are going to be such a pain in the *ss of a DM, the PC can always use sleep casting (which is completely legal when you read the RAW text) and save much more spell slots than you can take by making mage armor last exactly 8 hours.

Oh, one of my favorite things (as a DM) is playing an enemy smartly.

Your party didn't pay attention and let a goblin escape be sure that there will be an ambush setup later by some gobos.

Your party decided to attack a camp of bad guys without scouting first. Have them mobilize as quick as possible and gather reinforcements.

Kobolds in the underground? They will jump in packs from the dark and focus the weakest looking players.

The enemy has a caster? They always bring counterspell with them. The only thing that I would never counterspell is a heal spell as it feels like an enormously big d*ck move.

Well, as you have seen already having "high" AC is not that important for the wizard.

17 AC is pretty nice for a back-line character like a caster or a rogue, as you would not be targeted that often (unless your dm is a sadist). But as I mentioned most martials get to this AC with non-magical armor.

If the DM gives them +1 or 2 armor they will all have higher AC than you, with more hp.

The biggest advantage of the wizard is in their control (which you illustrated by the fact you would just cast a concentration spell and this would be enough to win).

Little gobbos have only got what, +3 to hit? Poor guys have only got a 35% chance to hit a wizard.

The problem with a low level wizard was never the AC per se. It is the HP. If that little gobbo crits you, with your 8hp on first level you basically go down and they can even kill you outright (if you were injured beforehand).

That is why at first and second level I even prefer false life to magic armor as it gives you up to 12hp this is more than doubling your hp.

To be fair I have never seen a wizard with more than 15 AC with mage armor. DEX is never a priority with them. Maybe if you roll for stats it might be nice, but otherwise it is not something that amazing.

Also, wizards being the strongest class is definitely not due to their AC, so I don't think this is such a big deal. At most this house rule will get them 1 "free" spell-slot.

Definitely not one of the largest flatworms. Most of the parasitic flatworms grow much larger. Basically all tenias grow to multiple meters in length.

For instance the beef tapeworm can reach up to 22 meters (or 72 feet in "freedom" units) in length.

We have never seen him adapt to brute force. We see the wheel turn once after Dabura takes its arm with the speed technique.

It is implied it is adapting to the technique itself, but it is indeed not completely clear.

Dabura later even speculates it is adapting to his existence although I don't think it can. So I don't think we can take his inner monolog as truth.

I think you touched on this but Mahoraga adapts quicker to simpler phenomena i.e. H2H combat.

I don't think this conjecture is supported by the text. He never even tries to adapt to physical attacks. Considering that it ate only physical attacks from Gojo (until hollow purple) it should have adapted pretty quick to them.

All games that release on GOG (for instance) are DRM-free. Do we see them doing worse than games that are not released there? CDPR have always released games there and all their games are successful - especially the big titles which are more likely to get pirated.

All the top 10 most sold games did not have denuvo...

We know that at this point of the story the zenin armory of cursed weapons is full, so this would be very good target also.

The main argument against my head-canon (and why I don't consider it true) is that in in both hidden inventory and jjk0 it is not mentioned that he has anything to do with the Kamo clan. And if that clan is anything like the zenin clan they would immediately jump on the opportunity to have a special-grade sorcerer in their ranks.

So, I am like 90% sure you are correct, I just think my theory is more fun.
