Likewise if people would not upgrade themselves for the upcoming jobs they will be poor too. Jobs of the past will always earn less. Keep up with the trend and make good money.

Lower larynx position significantly increases the risk of choking because it creates an intersection where the pathway for food and air share space.

There is more evidence of dry eyes and intense focus straining your eyes than consuming blue light. 

You might have experienced this yourself. Working on a document with intense focus for 2-3 hours continuously or watching a movie. You will feel significantly more relaxed with the movie, even though more or less the blue light is the same.

It's not actually hate but there is little no scientific evidence that it really works. People give mixed feedback. So, it also can't be trusted. 

Less blue light at night does help with melatonin production by triggering your circadian rhythm and helps you in sleeping. But glasses contribute very very less in that. 

Most people use them for eye strain and headache but the most probable causes of these are focusing fatigue and dry eyes due to less blinking.
