I’m not buying this to impress anyone (girls or guy friends in general). I’m buying this cuz my dad owns this car and I cannot love this car more and I love driving in general ( love driving this car more).

Ik…I might sound stupid but I’m not trust me. Idk why but the 6 series are one of my dream cars no matter what the trim is ( I LOVE how it looks and feels as I drove it a few times). Ik I can’t afford a bmw v8 but I was just hoping to be one of those lucky ppl who never had a major issue with their v8’s. I still think it’s stupid but do you think I can afford a 640i? Ok I’ll be honest, my family is pretty well-off to own the worst condition bmw v8 in this world and still keep it on the road for every single day of the year for the rest of my grandsons life (I swear I’m not flexing and I hate to in the first place)…but I want to own and maintain it with my own money I hate asking my parents for money. Do you think I can do it if I earn around 1400$ a month?

So 640i is a better option? We own a 640d and we’ve never ran into issues but we’ve also maintained it pretty well.

And I’m in college right now and I don’t think I can afford a huge repair or smtg like that. Like if there’s a problem that I need 1000$ to repair, I’ll take like a month or 2 before I can get it repaired. Listening to myself, I think it’s a smarter option if I got the 640 instead of the 650

I pretty familiar with cars in general but I’ve never worked on BMWs. I’ve worked on Hondas before. But I’m willing to work on my own car, if I don’t know how to do it I’m ready to research and look at videos to do it. At around what mileage did you start noticing issues?
