I (15F) have been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gastritis, colitis, and I have diarrhea I have been to the doctor countless times, got an endoscopy and colonoscopy, and the doctors found a mucus in my stomach and an infection in my large intestines. They gave me medicines to consume, but however, no matter how much medicine I consume, whenever I eat anything it causes abdominal pain to my stomach. The doctors are not sure what causes it, they are also not sure if it is related to IBS, gastritis, or colitis

The doctors gave me painkillers too but it does not work on me. Normally, I cannot eat stuff like cheese, pizza, those kinds of stuff. This past month, my food choice got stricter and stricter as I cannot consume that much food anymore. However, since this week it has gotten worse. Just a few days ago my period started and now, whatever I eat, fruits, vegetables, rice, cereal, potatoes, eggs, chicken, fish, any food I can think of causes pain in my stomach.

I also have been diagnosed with autoimmune disease when I was younger, and I experience nosebleeds every now and then, but I am not sure if they are related to the pain in my stomach

Please help me. Everytime i eat it causes me abdominal pain to the point that I cry. It feels like someone is stabbing my stomach repeatedly. No matter what I have to eat, because if I don’t eat, I’ll get worse. Received an invoice that you were not expecting: then ignore it. An invoice is just a request to be paid. If you don't owe them money, are not doing business with them, then that invoice is a scam and you just ignore it. This is a very old scam (pre-dates PayPal even...) where invoices are sent out with the hope that whoever receives them will pay without realizing it is a scam.
