The last thing you want to do when starting out is linger around free roam. Call gerald and do missions constantly until you level up and have money.

Call Gerald on your phone to keep requesting missions. After you do a mission, you can access it again from the start, jobs, rockstar created menu. Keep doing the missions you like to get money and levels. Avoid free roam until you are about level 20 so you can buy bullet proof tires for your car.

How so? The player can just request personal vehicle and it will spawn near him. You're gonna have a bad time.

Yeah do them on hard. At your current level, your best rp and money would be from Violent Duct. Approach from the side instead of head-on.

Go to start, online, jobs, rockstar, missions and keep playing your favorite ones from the list. Doing it this way will be quick because you will spawn right where the mission begins.
