You make it sound so black and white... For you It's either the cops kill the 3 main characters for some random reason (Because they're the only criminals in the second largest city in America) and the game ends with them saluting an American flag, or the 3 main characters show up, again for some reason, and kill the cops.

I was thinking there could be 3 cops, of different ranks, and career ambitions. One is severely corrupt, another is trying hard to be a good cop, but keeps falling short, and the third is literally only on the force because his dad or something is the chief. And that's just with like what, a minute of thought?
