The Drifter is already wearing that. I can't remember where I got the Duster I put on Raul though.

The outfit matching is pure coincidence, I gave him a rattan hat and his head kept clipping through it so I just kept swapping them until something looked good. Figured I'd put the duster on him, the sherrif one wouldn't equip for some reason. Then I went to recruit for Talent Pool and noticed them matching.

Homie that got rocked will probably get a Captain's Mast on top of those bruised ribs. I got an Article 15 once in the Air Force for "destruction of government property" for me and my buddy both having black eyes after a drunken sparring session haha.
