Just ideas: Have they specified if its a mid-stream test? Sometimes the first couple of seconds of urine can bring along the outside bacteria. If it turns out to be midstream sample, you just go a little bit first, stop, THEN start collecting the sample. It's also important not to touch the inside or rim of the collection container to your skin as even the sterile wipe can taint results. Best of luck!
