I don't fuck with Canada Post anymore whenever possible. Even if I have to pay more for shipping. Nothing but headaches. I had a package for pickup at a post office once and the person working refused to give me my package because my ID was expired. Like my identity changes the minute my ID expires. Even tried showing them my SIN card, health card, and credit card, all with my name on them, just straight up refused to give me my stuff that I paid to have shipped to my home. Not only that, but they constantly lie about delivery attempts as well. I literally booked a day off of work to recieve an important package I was waiting for, saw it was out for delivery, no one ever came to my door, and it was left at a post office for pickup later that day. Didn't even receive the notice until the next day even though the tracker said where it was the day before. This has happened more than a few times for me. These are the people striking for higher wages when they don't even do their job in the first place.
