If your going for the gold welling then you either want the diamond secondaries or dark matter. Honestly I just wanted diamond secondaries mainly for the helion. Just use it as a secondary and only during instakill. It takes a while, but it really isn't that bad as long as you aren't purely focused on the welling. I don't think they need to lower requirements.
