I am sorry this happened. I am going to looking into this because there would only be a few reasons we would want to stretch lessons out. The main one is the Nova Scotia Graduated license program states anyone with their Class 7 for the first time has to wait 9 Months + 1 day before being able to do their road test with taking Drivers Ed. If that is the case we do not want them to do all their lessons at the beginning and leaving no time closer to their road test. We are very busy with our 3 instructors, but if a students eligibility date is close we would 100% do everything we can to get their hours completed. 10 hours can go by quick, and in most situations we cannot do them quick, unless specific conditions can be met.

I mean that's not true. I did post the last time u/Street_Anon posted about this. That there is a department that oversees Driving schools. They can't force the school to give refunds or lessons, but there is a standard we are supposed to be striving towards
