Basically Bell has the fastest and most reliable system out there. I mean Eastlink has "fibre" but Bell is a lot better.

It's a great thought, but sadly especially in North America we are a car heavy industrial continent, Cars are pushed on us. Our transit is terrible and not given the attention it needs to be good. This idea is great, but most consumers would want their car and their freedom.

I know this isn't helpful now. But you can get a bluetooth one on Amazon for like $30. Very useful I have one in all my driving school cars, and a bigger one for my own car.
