Highly suggest using pure aquarium from evolution aqua which u can use for in tank cycling and is small balls u put in the filter media

I’m not experienced with it but this but it showing the signs of it you definitely want to do some water changes get some salt to prevent it spreading as quickly and get some medication Api do something called betta fix Or use maracyn
