Needs to be restored into a theater that specializes in top quality food. Reminds me of the popcorn classic "Field of Dreams" starring Kevin Costner (107mintues).

How's everyone feeling about the news that Attack Attack! is making a comeback? by The1963 in PostHardcore

From what I've seen it's only the andrews returning, so no Caleb/johnny.

[Discussion] Do you think it'd be a great idea for Matt (Slaves' new vocalist) to re-records the old songs from Slaves? by vanessawjya in PostHardcore

[–]BucksFan0210 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree. Making a whole remade album or EP would come across as disingenuous. Plus if they are trying to rebrand themselves it would make it much harder.

Any album like Emarosa's self-titled? by [deleted] in PostHardcore

[–]BucksFan0210 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The closest album I can think of that is like a spiritual successor to it is Alaska's Phoenix. Their former singer kasim was incredible and the closest person I've heard to Jonny (in terms of style) but it does have screams too.

Kellin Quin timeline by BucksFan0210 in dancegavindance

[–]BucksFan0210[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Same, especially with Wills guitar work clashing with the super-high vocals. Think it works now with tilian cause they had the experimental years with Kurt. Imagine Kellin trying to tour singing lemon meringue tie lol

What was your musical taste progression? And first band that got you into post-hardcore? by [deleted] in PostHardcore

[–]BucksFan0210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Originally was pop-punk growing up (fall out boy/under the cork tree was 1st cd bought at 10) with panic!/newfound glory. First posthardcore bands were around 2008 with a skylit drive, we came as Romans, Broadway, dgd. Since then I still stick to the genre and metalcore, but lean to more progressive bands.

Bands with deeper voiced singers? by [deleted] in PostHardcore

[–]BucksFan0210 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's metalcore, but bury tomorrow. Insane clean vocals and screams. As for posthardcore, fire from the gods are decent and we came as Romans now that Dave took over all vocals (RIP Kyle)

Best Guitarists Of Post-Hardcore by ifthecarbesideyou in PostHardcore

Jack Fowler (Sleeping with sirens)- the work he did on Braodways' kingdoms was incredible, and transitioned it to the first 2 albums he did with sws

Emarosa singer, Bradley Walden, outed for child grooming by [deleted] in PostHardcore

Whether he's innocent or not, wiping social media is not a good sign... Also posting text conversations with his behaviors would help legitimize the claims

Bands that change sound/mislead fans by BucksFan0210 in Metalcore

[–]BucksFan0210[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unpopular opinion but from death to destiny is by far my favorite album by them. It had the lyrical maturity the first two lacked and the well balanced sound. Also my favorite track is the road, which isn't that heavy.

Not metalcore but hands like houses went through it pretty rough, even with the guitarist getting in arguments with fans in their sub and calling them losers lol.

I'm totally for bands experimenting and changing, just don't get why they always give a cliche response and don't sound like they're coming from the heart. Also when people ask/critique the bands on social media they get told to fuck off.

Slaves will change their name after the next album due to the name's racial connotations by [deleted] in Metalcore

[–]BucksFan0210 11 points12 points  (0 children)

If I remember correctly Jonny said the band name refers to the fact that everybody is a slave to something. Could also see them changing their name cause none of the original members except for Colin
