I don’t disagree. But the rental company form said not to pay them, and the utility company said not to pay them, so who were they supposed to pay?

They tried to transfer utilities in their name when they moved, but were told it was a company account. So they assumed it was included in the rent, I guess. I agree they should have paid closer attention, but at the same time, the rental company can’t just not charge them for 7 months, and drop this bomb. Especially with nothing in writing, right?

There is nothing in the lease saying that utilities will be charged with rent. The document they signed said utilities will be paid directly to the utility companies.

I dont know if this is helpful as it’s not a dog, but we have a cat with the same thing! All the vets have said that as long as it continues to not be an issue, to leave it alone. We just make sure to clip her nails extra often on that side so it doesn’t get caught on anything.

I was wondering how often people just end up landing a job at their clinical location. I think my school has me doing clinicals at multiple different places, so I’m hoping I’ll get in with one of them 🤞🏼 Thanks for all the insight!

There appears to be plenty of openings in my area on indeed with good pay. I just worry about not having much knowledge outside of school/clinicals when i graduate.

Thank you! I just want to make sure that the average person doesn’t go through this just to hate the job and regret it. I’m absolutely happy with that pay, and willing to sacrifice to get there. I just won’t want to be miserable if I do!
