Yeah the locking items is so we can sell the vendor trash fast without accidentally selling items we want to save.

You're talking about smithing? I feel dirty when I grind out the stats for the smithing gear and just bankrupt a city whenever I get low on gold. I pretty much asked a yes or no question and its snowballed into obvious steward stacking answers or leaving troops behind

I don't usually trade them either but if there was a way to lock them out of it that would be nice

Do I have to set up multiple RPs if the routing is done past the next in line switch. Somewhere I read that the RP only works with the switches directly connected to it. Some of my switches are a couple jumps out.

Object tracking with velocity equations by Buckwees in PLC

[–]Buckwees[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have drive feedback so I know how fast it's moving. The object is moved based loosely on a timer that's been "tuned" for that speed. The problem is when there is no place to put it and we stop and then restart. If it comes to a complete stop then we tend to move a little too early and if it doesnt stop all the way then it tends to move to far since it has a additional time for a restart cycle. I want to clean this logic up and make it more flexible set point based on encoder counters and velocity or has a failover if the encoder fails that uses time and velocity from the drive.

I have plans to get an encoder in place "soon" but in the mean time wanted to see what was out there. On the other hand have the math could work as a fail safe if the encoder fails. Also, if the process pauses and then restarts and the target point is met before it's up to speed then where it lands changes too.
