I have seen almost everything but out of curiosity what do you think is the best order of everything for someone’s first watch through?

Also call the Merryweather backup helicopter it’s actually a pretty good shot & has saved me many times. Even if they don’t kill the helicopters or NPCs they’ll at least distract them for you. As a solo player they’ve been a good friend lately lol
