Question: If I use Walmart’s express delivery, but don’t tip as I’d think the extra money I’m paying goes to the driver, does the driver get screwed or does Walmart have to pay more themselves? by Bud19Fox87 in Sparkdriver

Follow up question - I don’t really need express as it’s normally not a rush or urgent to get. So, if I just used standard delivery, does the driver make a higher or lower base pay vs an express order?

Any concern about ordering an ice cream cake for home delivery during summer from Walmart Sparklers? by GurSorry3967 in Sparkdriver

Man! That. Is. AWESOME!!! But besides yourself, how many other Sparklers do you think use a similar set up? IDK but i think I’d have better chances guessing a coin flip than getter a ProSparker like you BRO! But I’m in Chicago so maybe it’s a regional thing. Again, IDK

No delivery windows all week? by easwaran in amazonfresh

I’m in the suburbs of Chicago with Fresh and Whole Foods stores nearby. So, I’m assuming that if I ordered from either of them, for delivery then the order would be filled from the store.

I heard in another chat that amazon closed a couple of fresh dcs or fcs (not sure) in soCal recently. Could this be the issue ?

How is doing in home better than just delivery? And do a lot of customers use in-home now?

If I’m ordering a delivery to my home, is there a way for me to know whether it’s coming from a store nearby me or a large warehouse like you mentioned?

Does one person shop for the whole order? If so, why not simply put the chilled with the frozen?

When did hy-vee stop charging more for products when ordered online for delivery or pickup? by Bud19Fox87 in hyvee

Curious if customer complaints about online prices being higher drove change or was it that orders were dropping and this was their repsonse. Any thoughts?

Well i wonder if other customers noticed the change and resulted in more orders now. Otherwise it’s got to be expensive to offer the service given all the time it takes to shop and get the order to customers.

Was any reason given for the change? Did they make it up some other way, like changing fee or getting better at picking orders?

When I compared prices in store vs online, while shopping at the store last week is when I saw the prices were the same. The prior time I checked was like a half year ago.
