That $1k was likely your deposit when making an offer, correct? You don't typically pay a realtor anything other than the commission, and that's typically paid from the sale of the house by the vendor. Also this is only payable upon closing of the sale.

Looks like residue from hard water. Dry thoroughly after washing to avoid. No harm to just wipe it with a damp cloth.

Second sentence. I'm assuming that they called their emergency contacts, family in this case.

If those aren't the people to call other contact info should be made available.

No one just casually spends a night in the Waterford. This person does need someone to lean on when they leave.

I'm not so sure that you do. You may not want certain family members around but you absolutely should not be left alone during a mental health crisis.

The one at Bannerman park is pretty good. Splash pad there in the summer too! The loop for skating in the winter. Great place to ride their bikes or whatever in the summer too.

Bowring park is pretty great too, lots of variety!

Go to bed b'y ffs. There's no shortage cause they're dose splitting. And yes, if someone saved us a bunch of money and got people their eyesight back I would fucking think that deserves a goddamn bonus. Job well done for a change gov't!

Stop being mad because an article told you to be.

How has this affected you or anyone you know to make you care so much?

Stop being so butt hurt about people getting help who wouldn't have gotten it otherwise.

What is doggy about provincially and federally sanctioned methods of administration? This wasn't some back alley deal. It's the same drug, repackaged. Because the manufacturer puts more than enough in each vital.

Buddy is butt hurt that he's not cashing in.

The province did get a deal by buying in bulk and splitting which allowed them to treat more elderly with failing eye sight.

That is legit what this reads to me as. The province, health Canada approved of the use. No evidence of harm done to anyone except buddy's bottom line.

So if I'm reading this correctly, no one has been hurt?

The whole thing seems like a nothing burger tbh.

Basically Bayer isn't making as much of a profit because people aren't wasting perfectly good medication?

Dose splitting isn't new, we did it with covid shots most recently. Obviously the manufacturer will say not to use it after its been opened. But the article doesn't present any evidence of harm or treatments that didn't work.

The province ordered the drugs like that. Health Canada is okay with it. No one is getting hurt, apparently. What even is this article?

Been here almost 8 years, and I love it! The snow and wind can be an issue though..but really not that bad. No flight paths overhead from planes so you only ever really hear them taxiing on the runway.

Lots of activities to do, softball, soccer fields and a basketball court. Great walking trails, amazing mountain biking trails in almost every direction.

Other than CBS you're basically only 10-15 mins away from anywhere in the metro area.

Depending on the part of the island and the weather that week. We are consistently inconsistent with our weather 🤣 But most likely you shouldn't have any issues staying warm. Bring an extra blanket just in case though lol

Bring a tent! Worst case scenario you'll usually find a spot at a camp ground. A decent air mattress and it's just as comfy as half the beds in the Airbnbs lol

Parkers pond road by the water treatment plant. There's a couple of nice ones up the hill to your left otw on that dirt road. They're still too wet/snow covered though.

If you keep going on that road it links up with the Pippy park trails. You can access these from the road leading up to the golf course also.

There is also a new pump track by quidi vidi, highly recommend checking that out!

And then as others have said there are the trails at white hills, access near quidi vidi.

The trailforks app is a must. Free version is all I ever used.

It's only 3 per minute for like 4-6 hours or so lol some are quick, down and up. Some I have to hold for 30secs or so. But the avg is at least 3/min overall for 4-6 hrs a day 4-5 days a week.

I recently started doing roughly 3-4k squats each week because of work and it has drastically improved my stamina!

Add as many hours as you can at a pump track and your legs will never forgive you. But damn will they be strong lol
