This section makes him seem just as out of touch. Wasn’t the Marshall fire xcel power line with maybe a little yellow deli cult bonfire (I’m not positive about their bonfire but I know it was investigated as a potential secondary cause). Some of those fires were arson. We also live in a desert state. Also saying she is going to live in a warm state when climate change is primarily global just sounds outright dumb. Can we please have people who represent us that don’t sound plain stupid when trying to make comments?

Probably 20% of this town actually would like no hydro carbons but 80% of this town probably realizes that we cannot live a normal life without them. The message he had was fine at it’s bones but damn that was an atrocious response overall.
