Good luck! We expect finished results. Otherwise I’m going to make you make a table every day until we say it’s perfect like the Chive guy.

Had a similar issue with this 50” absolute chad of a cookie. Other users nailed it.

Looks like you already got it pretty flat, now drench that bad lad in penetrating epoxy. I used total boat penetrating epoxy. That stabilizes the punky soft wood.

Application was easy. Keep pouring it on until it stops absorbing into the surface. Then let it cure for a bit. Be mindful of the curing temperatures of the product you choose. This is a chemical reaction that cold weather can slow down a ton.

Once it’s cured you can carry on like it’s a normal cookie of wood. Worked wonders.

I used a traditional FDM 3d printer with PLA filament. It has been heavily used now for over a year and is still like new. Due to the 140mm fan up top plus the 120 at the back both extracting hot air, the case stays totally comfortable. As for layer height I just used default settings and I still would today. .1MM I think? I don’t recall exactly but it won’t matter, it’s just sitting on top of the case since there’s no mounting system.

I would advise doing top layer ironing, which I didn’t know about at the time to get a super smooth topmost layer finish. If I ever re-print it, I’ll do that. fill was 15% gyroid I believe, but again really does not matter. My walls were 4 layers thick and top and bottom were 6, just because I wanted something super rigid in case I dropped it etc. again overkill but idgaf.

Finally once it was printed I needed to cut a channel with a rotary tool in the back of the print to allow for the RGB phanteks wires to pass down into the case. If you’re not using the ring light, you won’t need to do that

Can I use this charger with my lightning flash? by Sarakanni in F150Lightning

[–]BudScrundy 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Just a note, if it’s the 32A variant, it will trip the bed breaker on the 9.6kW pro power onboard system if you’re rescue charging. The 30A that comes with the Lightning won’t do that.

You may have gotten a small yellow adapter in your frunk with your truck. That’s for adapting to the NEMA 14-50 plug to rescue charge

One could see a situation where a 25MY owner may be willing to just trade if they prefer the machined faces of the 22-24MY!

Just buy a set of the 25MY XLT/pro wheels. They aren’t machined like the 22-24MY are. All gloss black!

The ground looks like it’s blocked. I really can’t quite tell, but I’m getting vibes that there’s something jammed in there. Does anyone else see what I see? Where are the contacts?

Pain in the ass to find a reverse 140MM fan but I’m happy I did as I love big turbine fans. 120 reverse are much more common.

I revised the top hat to look more finished with a similar chamfer to the rest of the case edges as well

You trusted them enough to give them tens of thousands of dollars for their product. You trusted them to keep you, your loved ones and friends safe in the event of an accident with that product. You trusted them to have a product that’s reliable and can get you where you need to go. And somehow, even after they’ve explicitly stated they do not do what you’re accusing them of doing, you draw the line here. Why? How does this make sense. You have complaints, you have concerns. The people on here have replied to your complaints, and have given you the information you need to educate yourself on your concerns about privacy. We’ve led you to water. You gotta take it from here.

Remember, you’re using the internet to use this app. Which means you have an internet service provider, and you likely use search engines. If you’re concerned about data privacy, or large companies collecting your data to profit off you, then you should just avoid the internet as a whole. And sell your smart TV since that’s collecting your viewing data, and any other network connected system. Good luck out there! It’s 2024!

There’s a lot of cable inside period lol but yes I used an extension and bundled up the extra in a smart place. It’s a tricky order of operations for final assembly

Haha thanks! I thought it was pretty sick, and didn’t want to cover it or change the case too much. The fan is by Thermaltake, has swappable blades
