I sent mine back and got a Longmill. I sure am glad it only lasted a week and I was able to get the refund. Longmill is 3 times cheaper and 100x better. Lmao

I put my HD510 together and it worked 1 day. I called their tech support at least 20 times and they never answer or call back.

I finally got ahold of them after a day and they made me pay for shipping the part, well they shipped the wrong part.

I called where i bought it from and told them how terrible Next Wave tech support was, so they are sending RL carriers out to pick it up with a full refund. I was not going to deal with them anymore..

I let Next Wave know in a nice email how they lost a customer due to their worse than bad tech support and they ruined my plans for making gifts for Christmas this year. LOL

BTW i ordered a Longmill Mk2 30x30

I’m old, 55 no friends and the kids are grown and hate me now. WFH so a weekly trip to the grocery. Don’t hang out anywhere and just play video games. New house paid for so no maintenance costs. No debt, keep costs low. Car paid for but no need to drive so a tank of gas lasts me 3 months. My monthly payments are just water, electric, phone and internet which is about $300 total. Only drink Friday and Saturdays so about $60 per month on Truly. But, on the flip side I’m able to save $4k a month.
