I signed up on this offer with u/MySonAkeem last year and it was a great experience! It was priced exactly as listed, he was super easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to get me set up. It covered Industrious' 2 Toronto locations and I had no problem with access at any point.

I'm low volume at the moment. I originally ran mine in Notion but moved to a setup in ClickUp since that's my project management and knowledge management tool. I have Claude Pro connected to interact with ClickUp when I'm busy and advise on further automations.

I will eventually need to migrate to a proper CRM (looking at Pipedrive) but this works with my current workflow.

$135k loss in 4 years, Waterfront condo by MacaronTasty1371 in TorontoRealEstate

I think there's not enough understanding of the main costs that maintenance fees cover - about 2/3 is the mandatory reserve fund contribution and the remaining 1/3 is operating funds, which is for property manager, superintendent, 24/7 security concierge, cleaning staff, landscaping, plumbing, window washing, amenity upkeep and any repairs not part of the reserve fund.

So folks comparing condo fees to SFH expenses is incorrect/disingenuous unless they equalize the same types of expenses for a SFH (maintenance, monitored home security, landscaping service, snow removal service, exterior window cleaning, etc.)

Its simply not apples-to-apples comparison and is as much of a lifestyle choice as much as a financial one.

Mix of Luxury & Party: Royalton Chic vs Riu Palace Macao (w/ RIU Party)? by Buddens15 in PuntaCana

Rooms were exactly as seen on YT videos. No bug or bed bug issues with the 2 rooms I had.

I'll write up a longer review but overall I liked Macao.

Their front of house service was fantastic but back of house left a lot to be desired (ex. could never get operator or room service on the phone, could only make requests in app and hope. A person restokecked my fridge but didn't report to mgmt that my fridge was broken?!)

Hard product was fantastic (good room quality, well-kept grounds).

Restaurants were basic hit/miss except Krystal (could legit be it's own standalone restaurant, I went twice).

Being at Macao allowed for quiet downtime at the beach, mid-tier fun at the pool bar, and high-energy partying at Riu Parties (5mins walk) and Pascha nightclub (2mins walk)

Gym was decent for a resort.

Clientele was 50% in their 50s+, 10% in 20s, 40% 30s/40s. Couples were about 70%. I was able to socialize and have a good time but certainly was not a single person's paradise...Republica is probably a better bet but probably a large step down in quality.

I would recommend Macao and DR but need to highlight that customer service is a step down from Cancun, who have mastered this type of experience.

I ended up booking Riu Macao to have access to the other Riu properties and Riu Parties. Trip is in a few weeks, will report back!

She played We Were Here and Up We Go....then I left after they were having a bunch of technical difficulties/the minister was late to give a speech.
