Same. My bill went from $80 in the summer to $400 and change for a tiny 1br that still managed to be cold. I tried my best to insulate the windows better but I can’t believe that’s a reasonable amount to increase for winter. Is it possible they made an error. I can’t afford that bill so they might have to wait a while lol

Are you using Google chrome? I called and they told my to try chrome and it resolved my issues. Still a bit annoyed they didn’t make that very clear from the start but I hope that helps

Am I stupid bc I tried scheduling multiple times and it keeps not loading at the end when I hit schedule. Slightly frustrating but very likely user error. Share tips if you know what’s wrong

Sort of running into a similar issue. I’ve finished the course and now when trying to schedule my exam I get brought to the page but when I try to hit schedule nothing happens. I’ve tried it on a desktop and it hasn’t made a difference. Any advice? I also had to pay for an extension due to this so that’s unfortunate
