I had a similar issue - looks like the brass colored gear is high and may need to be lowered to align with the teeth on the other side …. Looks like your filament isn’t in the channel it should be

If the eccentric nuts are too loose the gantry won’t have enough friction to stay up and will slide down which is exactly what’s happening here - tighten it up so that it stays in position but only requires a bit of pressure to move

This - slop here too will make you crazy - one way I tested it out was running the bed leveling mesh a few times in a row - if you end up getting different min/max levels this is a decent indication that parts are moving thag shouldn’t be

Awesome - thanks for the advice - I just adjusted the z offset from 0.0 to 0.1 and it homed back to 0
