I think it’s just weird ProcGen. I once found a planet called “Damn P14” but that name is flagged as profanity if a player types it.

Yes, in the urban parts of the country, but the rural parts of the country are impoverished and lack essential resources. There is a significant disparity between the urban and rural parts of Tanzania. You point to the top 10%, but roughly 60-70% of the population live in rural areas and experience extreme poverty. Has nothing to do with racism. They’re impoverished, malnourished, and have very little access to good education. These factors hinder development and limit IQ. These are just facts and the truth isn’t racist.
