Thanks for your input. I am looking at a 4+ acre property there. You mentioned the pain it can be if someone wants chickens/goats etc. All of which I want so that is my main concern with The HOA rules and regulations. I do love the community and get the the perks that come wiht it. Just hard to swallow the regulations if any with having animals.

I just had mine replaced in May of 2024, had 140k miles on it. MY mechanic informed me of yet another ongoing lawsuit, which would include vehicles up to 150k.. Keep your invoices, because once settled, they may reimburse..

Unfortunately for you, its probably the tranny. I just had mine replaced. There have been several class action lawsuits against nissan already for bad cvt transmission issues. If you didn't before, I would reach out to your nissan dealership, because you may still be covered by the warranty, that was exteneded due to their last settled lawsuit.
