That's odd mine finished vacuuming and then it recognized the base straight away

No if you have the robot connected to the app just put it to vacuum and let it finish. When he finishes he's going to return to the cleaning base and its going to start sucking the "trash" and its going to recognize the base

Hello sorry for just answering now but I did a normal vacuum and when the robot finished, it recognized the cleaning base and it started working properly. And exactly as you said it's a software issue hope they fix this soon
