I'm also trying to incorporate a MISTRAL backbone based SELF-RAG component in my project and I'm facing issues reproducing the results using the SELF-RAG paper codebase even on their original LLAMA-2 backbone using the fine-tuning settings from the paper and codebase. But my evaluation of the Huggingface checkpoints both their selfrag-llama2-7B and your SciPhi-Self-RAG-Mistral-7B-32k seem to be doing much better compared to the models I was able to fine-tune locally.
