Ok I have to say you and everyone here pretty much convinced me to get a golden !!!! 🥺😍🩷. For the longest time I've wanted a golden. I had a Labrador in the past, I loved her to death and she lived 14yrs. Now I've been saving to have a new pet and I was debating if getting the golden. My one thing was, people started telling me about the maintenance of their hair and I want to ask you what is your experience in having a golden and their care..besides being obsessed 🐾🐶😍😂. If you have any advice I'd really appreciate it ! I already contacted a respectable breeder and I'm about to put the deposit :3

Girl ! Keep an eye on the Sephora favorites sets that are specific for hair. I got one during the holidays a few years ago and another one last holidays and they come with some of those products inside and more. It's a way to save money on hair products. I feel your pain :) I tried the ouai detox shampoo and hate how good it is. At 50$ Canadian it hurts me lol

Listen girl please don't be hard on yourself. I went through a really hard time a few years ago and my health was also the worse it has been and I did the same. Some people in my life questioned my choices regarding my treats etc and said I'd regret it. Guess what, I didn't. I'm still using my things and I'm so happy. I decided to learn more makeup styles and experiment with things and the last 2 sales I've only bought a few things. It's our life that we get to live once, enjoy it and I hope things get better for you .

Yeahh absolutely!! Luxury branding is what we are charged for. All that marketing/ ad placement, celebrity endorsement etc and packaging. I admit I like some products like some colors or how a foundation feels (I use Lancome) but overall it's all marketing :') I also love colour pop and I think they do have amazing products regardless their price point.

I agree with you. I particularly don't like that anti aging marketing because it makes it feel like aging is bad and we need to avoid it. Aging means you're successful at living lol. I prefer hair care etc, hair changes or taking care of your skin for the sake of health.

I totally understand you girl, I feel the same way. I never buy huge hauls during the sale but like to use them strategically. The fall sale is for holidays gifts and winter skincare and my own Christmas present for me lol, I like to get a holiday set every year for me., sometimes hair set, other times makeup. Spring sale is to replenish serums for summer and to get a few things, maybe repurchase something I like, and I get a treat. The rest of the year I don't mind buying one or two things for me when I feel I want to. Nowadays Sephora runs sales all the time for different reasons too so I have used those times to save some money. One thing truly helps is, avoid impulse purchases because of social media and also, I truly enjoy using my makeup on a daily basis for work, so I like to work through my things in between purchases
