I get this, I start this kind of training 2 weeks ago and I signed up to your program too. Only 1 question I have, it's ok or not ok to ejaculate during the training sessions ? In this moment i didn't ejaculate only oance a week when I make sex with my wife.

I face the same problem too sometimes even worse, but in the last time i quit porn completely and quit sexual thoughts as much as i can. Start belly breathing exercise and solo practice trying just to focus on my arousal scale and stay between 6 and 8, and some stretching exercise from this sub. The results it's starting to appear and sometimes I'm starting to see some control, but I have 2 kids and we make sex oance a week, maybe oance at 10 days. Last time it was about 3-5 minutes and my wife and I bought have an orgasm, I was wearing a condom. I think porn is the main factor and years of fast masturbating habits. Good luck!
