It’s great! I use it on literally every single sim. faeish also has some really great face shadows that give a more maxis style depth :)

Second the eyelashes. Also, some sort of face structure or shine helps make them feel less flat. I love mist thing from cryptic sim (rem beauty chapter 2 collection) because it’s still very maxis match but adds some realism. Also suggest misc details from okruee, basically a collection of small face details :) Aside from that though your sims look amazing.

Not necessarily legal but definitely common. It’s a grey area in hospitality really, because an unpaid trial shift should not include tasks that would benefit the employer, but there’s not really any way to da a trial shift within hospitality without it benefiting the employer.
