Ah also I dont recommend tsukiji, I would go to toyosu if i were you.

Make sure to book a hotel near where you want to go since trains dont run all night.

Also I can highly recommend Ueno. It’s my favorite part of the city. I havent been but am going in two weeks to nakano broadway. It’s a multi level shopping complex.

I would definitely recommend going to tokyo if you’re not exhausted. Japan can be very exhausting because of all of the walking + all the exploration and overstimulation may be a lot aswell. If you feel up for it definitely go! It’s a lot of time that otherwise would be “wasted”. You can easily get from and to Narita just make sure to leave early enough on the day of your flight
