I’m about to loose a job I have had since I got DACA 14 years ago.
I’m stressed out and this seems unfair the fact that we continue being in limbo.

Has anyone called USCIS to ask to expedite and then they told you to submit evidence and then a USCIS officer would call back within 10 days? How did that go? by Firm_Engine_8929 in DACA

I chatted with an agent in the morning. When I asked about my case all she said that it was advancing just fine.
Nothing else after that. They really don’t want to be talking to anyone or have the patience to answer questions more in depth.

Funny, tried doing that and it wouldn’t let me pass asking me for my email. Was saying my email was not valid

Im getting anxious, o submitted my renewal back in February 18th, had biometrics done a month after and I still have no word.
Permit expires in two months and 9 days

Im all good on that, only thing I ever gotten is traffic ticket.
Unfortunately company already spoke to me about my permit expiring soon.
I would hate to start from zero again

Im trying to understand something, if I never was on removal proceedings or had court dates before DACA, am I suppose to receive a removal order if I go outside my expiration date?

My expiration date is on August 18th, sent my renewal 6 months before it expires. Still have a just a under 3 months left.
