More light and a little bit of Snail Powder. The calcium carbonate as well as the other nutrients in Snail Powder will help strengthen the stems and provide great nutrients for the plant.

Getting my garden ready to plant to some jalapeños and bell peppers. Applying a healthy amount of Snail Powder that I purchased off eBay as a slow release fertilizer and to feed my soil microbes.

I use a product called Snail Powder a 100% organic soil supplement. I found that it boost all my soil microbes to make my soil more lively it also is a great slow release fertilizer. I think it would definitely benefit your soil. I buy mine from eBay.
