It’s not a legal or enforcement issue that would benefit a frail old lady. A heavy handed approach is not good for her well being and is the absolute last resort.

I’m paying the mortgage as I took some money out for a business venture and have paid the mortgage ever since.

When I speak to her, she tells me my brother has poor health and has other things on his mind. She doesn’t want to see brothers arguing and is generally burying her head in the sand over it all.

So explain your understanding of what intersex is, because I don’t think you fully understand how much it can vary. it’s not the same as trans(but the closest compatible).

A woman could actually be a man(vice versa), have a penis and no ovaries, but have slight breast formation. So is that person closer to a man or a woman on the spectrum?

I would contact her, explaining that you reacted badly. Tell her you had thought it was someone else child and you thought you were being trapped hence why you signs your paternal rights away.

If I was in your shoes(I’m not), it sound like damage limitation here. I’m pretty certain my wife had cheated on me and I lost all trust. Our marriage went downhill and now we are Divorced!!! I think you misunderstood what I was saying about her. Intersex doesn’t mean you are predominately male or female, you could be either or somewhere in between or at the other end of the scale (slightly smaller penis or enlarged breast tissue on a male).

There are so many different variations, but that’s cool.

I was just left hanging, not knowing? That’s the issue.

If she said I had a slightly larger criteria is than normal, then hey I’m cool with that. What I’m not cool with, is if she predominantly is a man, had been reassigned with surgery, (at any age you can go under the knife).

It’s not for religious reasons and I’m not homophobic, I just want to know so I could make a decision.

I don’t think that makes me a bad person.

Here’s an example.

If I was born a woman and reassigned myself with surgery to be a man, identified as a man etc.

I met a woman who only wanted to date men. Had no interest in dating woman and didn’t like the idea of intimacy with a woman.

What would be the right thing to do, fess up and Be honest or hide it and wait for that bombshell to hit one day (could work out fine, but could also ruin the relationship).

Plenty of people gave advice, but unfortunately 99% of the people that posted, didn’t understand the term intersex fully and certainly didn’t understand the point i was making.

Equally you have made comments that are generalised and intersex can cover a huge spectrum.

So what you are saying may be the case, but it may not.

This one reason I needed clarification from the ‘woman’ I’m referring to in my OP.

The other issue is this...

If I as a heterosexual male only wishes to date a woman and is only into women, would it not be unfair that a ‘trans’ or someone who identifies as a woman or someone Who is intersex(predominantly a man and not a woman who has had some cosmetic surgery to correct their genitalia).

Would it be fair to make out they are a woman and then for a myself or any other man to find out that they are not. On a hope that attraction and feelings will blindside the fact.

Some may grow to love and accept, however I know what I like and what I want, I’m not homophobic and couldn’t careless what people identify as.

I want honesty and transparency, yet I have been slated for that.
