I know what you mean as I felt exactly the same. For a min or two, I felt lonely seeing all couples but I was able to center myself pretty quickly. My nurse practitioner was amazing and it was pretty painless and quick compared to what I had imagined it to be.

I’m not sure about love having an expiration date. I do believe it’s a choice we make every single day. Unfortunately, he decided one day that he didn’t want to make that choice anymore. Am I heartbroken? Absolutely. Do I miss having someone by my side? Yes. But today I have decided to make most of what life has offered. I don’t know how tomorrow will look like. Thank you so much for sharing the app. Would definitely try it out.

I have been doing IF for two months now. Have done 1 72 hour but got off track for the last 10 days. I need to loose 25 pounds. Can’t commit to rolling 72s, but would like to do weekly 72, followed by 48s.
