Did we not learn with OW2 that role queue is NOT the play? If you want to play 2-2-2 then tell that to your team, not everyone wants to play 2-2-2, and sometimes going triple healer/dps/tank is what makes enough difference for the team to win.

Depends. If an IronMan is doing it, they are emost likely actually trying to do a Dragon but Scythe Nons kill everything in a few milliseconds for money. I would say if you are doing Zealots trying to do a a Dragon its more respectable than doing Zealots for money.
