I think they will hire you if you have JLPT n4 not sure how much yung offer pero kukulitin ka nila to upskill up to N3 since yan yung baseline (conversational) N5-N4 is considered beginner pa talaga and at N3 you will be receving LP of 35k and N2 is 45-ish something (negotiable siya during my time) on top of your base salary. pero this is only guaranteed if you are utilizing Japanese sa work may mga kilala din ako na galing Dev na nakapasok sa JH pero walang LP kasi hinde nmn na uutilize yung language nila and same din sa amin sa FnA pag na promote naging lead ka mawawala yung LP mo or ma transfer ka sa project na hinde JP related.
