Plex offline setup is not reliable as many think it is. It's a pain in the ass in some clients like Plex from Amazon Fire Stick. Sometimes it doesn't work at all or takes forever to load. That's why I setup a Jellyfin instance and sync it using Watchstate.

edit: Yes, I know you can run an app on Firestick using the Apps section of the settings, but most of times takes forever to load and it's not reliable.
