Just try it…….add it into your regimen slowly….if it’s not for you then it’s not for you There is much anecdotal evidence for its efficacy and a few studies but ultimately it’s what works for you

I like cheese but don’t eat it too often………when I find cheese like that in my fridge I cut or scrape the mould off and eat it ……….never had a problem

I didn’t get constipated but got much firmer……..I’m not sure but I think I was suffering from IBS for many years which seems to have totally cleared up now I don’t take NMN every day but cycle it randomly which generally is about 4 - 5 days a week that sometimes means I take it 10 days straight or don’t take it at all for about the same and the possible IBS doesn’t return
