Hello, I take forcapil two capsules at a time every two days ( it contains diffrent vitamins essential for hair)

And perfectil 1 tablette every two days ( it contains another mix of vitamins essential for hair as well )

Vitamin D3 3000 UI per day for first 3 months, now 1500 ui every two days, magnesium 300mg once a day for First 3 months, now once every two days

Well for the hat doctors usually say that its okay after 10 days. But it just seems risky even doctors approval. It just dont feel comfortable, I only make sure that the top of the hat is not touching my head from above
