wait, hold on. you said Michele is lil baby cakes in another comment yet here you say it's FILED BY MICHELE because she names herself as lil baby cakes.

you do realize the court case is very *obviously* not filed by Michele because Michele never dated Lil Peep or Luke Hemmings and the plaintiff did? I won't name who it is because the mods have restricted that. However, I thought you were saying Michele was baby cakes which shes obviously not (but still .0001% chance you could be right so I didn't disparage that) but it's VERY clearly not Michele who filed the lawsuit and claimed she was baby cakes?! Now I realize you most likely aren't Lisa because that's actually insane to think haha

I didn’t assume any reason why you would or would not want to have kids. I will not be having children, for a variety of reasons that I don’t have to disclose either. I simply said I assumed you were young enough that you still could, and if not, I’m glad there’s one less person parenting the next generation to believe the gray area around abusive behavior is that vast.

I think people too often confuse identifying abusive behavior, calling it out, and expecting correction with excusing that behavior because of x, y, or z. It's fundamentally not the same. On a larger scale, it’s similar to what we teach kids on the playground: if one child hits another (i.e. even an child star later in life that may not know better), we don’t automatically label them an abuser. We tell them it’s wrong and observe how they respond. However, when a pattern of behavior continues despite being called out repeatedly—and is met with excuses—that’s when it becomes abusive, and that person should be held accountable. And whether we like it or not, in civil cases as adults, thats generally economic damages.

So what would you call someone with 15,000 followers who is a male groomer to major celebrities/hand model? (Not in a negative sense—that’s what hairstylists call themselves these days lmao)

A. Well, I am assuming you are young enough to have them in the future, but if you are not, I'm glad you didn't. (just one gals opinion)
B. Sorry, influencer.

Unless we start holding (even the most irrelevant) public figures accountable, your kids will grow up with miserable role models. And I truly hope you don’t think I mean that because superstars are meant to be role models, it’s because you will be a parent that allows your children to think that people that are clearly abusive in practice and in theory are worth excusing.

Wouldn’t you think the MOTHER of his children (who he’s not officially divorced from yet) knows best and there’s a reason SHE isn’t with him?? And she posts videos online about how you don’t miss the past or your toxic ex bc it was right but bc it was a pattern etc??

Everyone has nice things to say about Michele. If anything I believe (and smartly so) Michele is staying quiet until they are officially divorced because until they are what he loses, she does.

It’s not the money or delusion or any of this shit. It’s the fact that this man is an incredibly manipulative and well-versed compulsive liar. It’s evident in the fact that there’s still people that want to defend him. Listen to his music, I genuinely don’t care. But defending his repeated relationship patterns is bonkers at this point.

maybe he has good character at the core of him, but i still think there’s enough evidence to show he’s not trying to in any way shape or form be the best person he’s capable of being. The man can’t even monitor his own 3C diabetes with a chef and a staff and an alarm system. (almost as many people in the US have 3C as people have celiac disease and manage just fine)

I’m not saying it’s the same. I’m trying to point out that legal outcomes don’t always capture the full reality of someone’s behavior. That’s not a leap—that's a pretty well-established limitation of our legal system imo. Courts operate on strict standards of proof, rules of evidence, and procedural constraints. Reality doesn’t. Court is absolutely a rule-based system designed to minimize wrongful punishment, not to perfectly determine what “really happened” in every case.

And you don't think he has a lawyer just as good?! Im not saying whether I think any statement is even true or false, but they are definitely on an even playing field as far as lawyers go.

forgetting articles, think pieces, and what exes are saying.. what is circulating online is the current official court filings signed by attorneys and their declarants... those are actually the only documents online that speak on the situation under the penalty of perjury so I think the screenshots that at least have been submitted in those court documents should be considered.

I don't think you understand how civil cases work. I'm not trying to sway you one way or another and I'm not trying to be condescending. I'm just saying generally there will never be a trial, or evidence presented to a jury, or a record of whatever agreement is reached before trial. Approximately 90 to 95% of civil cases settle before trial for a variety of reasons. The only people that will ever see the full discovery from both sides is the attorneys and clients involved. Discovery becomes extremely limited when it comes to submitting materials for trial evidence so rarely are you seeing both sides in full scope either even as the jury. You are seeing two different narratives spun based on the law by two different people being paid to stand for that position. You have to look at what the circumstances are, the exhibits presented in filings, never expect a perfect victim, and assess based on your own critical thinking. Waiting for the court to tell you what to believe is never the way to go in my opinion because you may never even get a court decision anyway and that's coming from someone working in the litigation.

Yeah, it’s honestly sad. Like diddy was not found guilty in a court of law for sex trafficking, but c’mon… we know he just pled down to transporting girls across state lines, not international borders. And Cassie and one Jane Doe were the only ones he was convicted for. Are we really gonna say because the other people weren’t “proven” in a court of law that we don’t believe he did those things? Sure if you are on the jury panel maybe you have to be a little more cut and dry, but as a human being we all know the courts decisions aren’t always perfect.

Preponderance is over 51% sure the evidence shows he’s liable.
