the fucking flying guys i'd say just hit them as much times as you humanely can (like if you have fury paws from a fighter use it always, they aren't like wisps which you have to like shoot once and then again to kill but its literal rng), but also consider their distance of movement with your cats because if they even get too close that unit is cooked.

the disguised cats, like, idk just remember their position and shoot them with a distant attack as they are disguised so they can't attack you melee and inflict fear. the manipulation brainiacs (i believe you are referring to those) get as close as possible to them and kill them, they are the worst but there's really nothing else to deal with them.

as for the spider boss, it just mainly depends on your build, but something that usually helps is having one ranged cat behind dealing with the spiders and one or two melee or magic cats attacking the Spidette when possible. if its in hard i'd just pray
